Our client is a reputable FMCG MNC, currently recruiting for a Compensation & Benefits Associate (3 months contract, renewable) to join the HR team.
about the job
Reporting to the C&B Manager, you will be part of the strategic C&B team, supporting total rewards activities including but not limited to:
- Support C&B programs, policies and initiatives
- Support analysis, research and reviews, that are part of the total rewards process including job analysis, benefits review, benchmarking, trends analysis and recommendations
- Analyse data and provide insights to support C&B decision making
- Any other ad-hoc C&B duties as assigned

- 5 day work week, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
- Candidates available to start on short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Education or work experience in compensation and benefits / HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Ppt)
- Knowledge in local MOM laws and regulations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow up skills
- Detail-oriented, team player
