about the job

Reporting to the CHRO, you will manage a team of 2. You will be involved in the full process of Compensation & Benefits, from designing to delivering. You will be working alongside the respective regional HRs to drive initiatives and ensure compliance in compensation practices across the region. You will also be required to conduct salary research to define benchmarks and also be creating effective compensation guidelines. The role will kick off as a 6 months contract and a conversion should be highly in place if you are able to prove strong capabilities in succeeding the role on a permanent basis.


skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, across the region. You should also be an excellent communicator and possesses good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at all levels.
