Our client is a multinational Bank with a strong global presence, currently recruiting for a Compensation AVP (1 year contract) to join the C&B team.
about the job
Reporting to the Head of C&B, you will manage Compensation & Benefits activities including but not limited to:
- Communicating and implementating of the compensation philosophy, policies and programmes for the organisation
- Manage annual compensation programmes, such as compensation analysis, planning, and presentations, working closely with vendor/ consultants
- Support HR projects such as job evaluation exercise, global mobility activities, regulatory reporting and disclosures etc implementation of compensation and benefits modules via new core hr system
- Support share plan administration

- Completion bonus up to 2 months, entitled to perm staff benefits
- Location: CBD Singapore
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Ideally more than 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Meticulous, analytical, and numerate
- Team player, ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Good communication and project management skills,ability to engage with stakeholders
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proactively initiate and recommend changes
