Our client is a well established local organisation looking for a C&B Manager.

about the job

  • Lead C&B function and team, manage full cycle of compensation and benefits processes including performance management, and ensure C&B strategy is competitive
  • Partnering with HR colleagues and business units on driving C&B initiatives such as job evaluation, designing of salary structure and incentive plans, salary review via data & market analysis and benchmarking
  • Initiating and driving total rewards projects, ensure internal equity and aligning to company strategy, improve current processes and policies

skills and experience required

  • Degree in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience in C&B
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stakeholders management and process improvements experience
  • Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs
