about the company
Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a well established Professional Services company with strong regional presence. They are looking for a C&B Manager to lead total rewards/ C&B activities and projects.


about the job
This is a newly created role. Your job scope includes:

  • Lead C&B function, plan and design the full cycle of compensation and benefits processes, and ensure C&B strategy is competitive to attract and retain employees
  • Partnering with HR colleagues and business units on driving C&B initiatives such as job evaluation, job grading, designing of salary structure and incentive plans, bonuses and incentives, salary review via data & market analysis and benchmarking
  • Initiating and driving total rewards projects, ensure internal equity and aligning to company strategy, improve current processes and policies

skills and experience required
- At least 6-7 years of relevant experience in C&B
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, analytical, able to work independently, high initiative
- Able to work in with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with large data/numbers
- Analytical with a strategic acumen to anticipate business needs
