job description

about the company
one of the fastest growing tech global company

about the job
oversee and monitor the global compliance programs

familiar with US and EU sanctions, FCPA and AML

manage daily compliance controls and conduct investigation when necessary

identify compliance risk and advise on solution

coordinate and work closely with colleagues in the legal and compliance department

reporting to Head of Compliance


skills and experience required

At least degree in law, and admitted to practice in US, UK or any common law jurisdiction.

3 - 5 years of experience

Candidates from US MNC who are familiar with US compliance are highly preferred, those who are directly from law firms handling FCPA are much welcomed too. Mandarin speaking is a plus to liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
