Due to continuing business requirements, they are looking for an ASEAN Compliance Team Lead to be based in the Philippines to improve, build and implement a suitable compliance and risk management framework.

Reporting to the ASEAN General Counsel and leading a Compliance Executive, you will drive the development, improvement and implementation of a practical compliance framework, ensuring that the business is in compliance with local and international laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to areas of anti-bribery, anti-corruption, third party due diligence, sanctions and data privacy. In this high visibility role, you will partner closely with the Group Compliance team and the ASEAN leadership team to manage potential and current risks and violations. You will also lead the development and delivery of compliance training programs to educate employees and keep the business informed of changes in the compliance and regulatory landscape.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in compliance with a strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance framework in the ASEAN region and able to apply practical compliance practices to the business. You are proactive, hands on, detail oriented and have a proven track record of partnering and advising senior stakeholders.
