    Reporting to the cluster head and the senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible :

    • Managing of the Customer Service Counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
    • Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public
    • Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints
    • Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines
    • Receiving in-coming calls and making out-going calls
    • Handling and administering of lost and found items
    • Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events
    • Upsell the Loyalty program and eVoucher
    • Introduce to the public enhanced customer service through digital solutions eg eGift-With-Purchase and eVoucher
    • Mall round duties for in-mall Marketing Communication facilities inspection
    • Educate mall retailers on eVoucher acceptance
    • Provide first-level technical support for retailers on SMART terminal issue
    • Managing partners’ loyal programme redemptions
    • Handling of administrative duties
    • Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management

    skills and experiences required

    • Possess a certificate in any discipline
    • Has a passion for customer service
    • Able to work in a team
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Able to commit to rotating shift work
    • Will be required to work 6 days in a week, including weekends and public holidays
    • Those without experience are welcome to apply
