about the role

You will be required to review and analyse the financial statement and projects to assess the business plans. You will reconstruct accounting records, undertake company and industry research, You will perform the financial, ratio and comparable company analysis. You will document assumptions, methodology and information sources. You will work closely with the internal and external department to obtain pertinent information for the business. In this role, you will maintain the accounting and statutory records, analyse and interpret historical financials and operational data. You will assist in the preparation of reports, written analysis, presentations, quantitative exhibits and other client deliverables. You will attend client sites and assist senior staff in carrying out duties and collating required information. As this is a dynamic environment, you will be learning tremendously from mentors in the organisation.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a recognised professional qualification in accounting and finance. You possess strong report writing, excellent analytical and quantitative skills, You are IT savvy and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications. You have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail. You are familiar with internet-based financial research resources and have a good knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles and terminology, You possess strong work ethics and an eagerness to learn.
