job description

About the company
Our client is an established FMCG MNC based in Singapore. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Regional Consumer Insights Manager to be a part of their growing team.

Reporting directly to the VP Insights & Strategy and works closely with the marketing team based in Singapore.


This role you will get to:


Manage regional customized multi-country research projects, analyse consumer-centric
findings and conduct market benchmarking


Liaise with market research agencies (e.g. Nielsen Audit, Brand Health Tracking, Euromonitor, Globaldata) to provide syndicated market data to various Business Units


Ensure that the coverage, data accuracy and delivery aligns with team requirements


Involve in annual business planning for new markets and Group Marketing by generating
insightful and actionable recommendations

Periodically track and analyse market conditions and economic sentiments across the region
and markets, reporting to the regional and respective local teams

Manage Direct Marketing Expenditure budget for Asia markets


Requirements:
Educational Qualifications - Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration or any
related fields from a reputable University


Work Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in market research, having worked at both agency (preferably customised research) and leading/managing research at client side (at least 2 years’ experience, preferably FMCG)

Well exposed to various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative


Extremely familiar and well-versed with syndicated studies (Retail Audit, Consumer panel) and other customised studies (Quantitative tracking such as Brand and Communication Tracking, customised qualitative (FGD, in-depth, observation) and customised quantitative studies)
