our client, an award winner of Asia Insurance in recent years and is known to have one of the best systems and ensure excellent customer experience for all users/customers.

About the Job

In this position, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and work alongside a team of 5 other members. The ideal incumbent will be expected to attend to chatbot and inbound calls enquiries related to the product such as Term Life, Critical Life, Endowment plans and other enquiries.


In order to be successful for this position, the incumbent must have experience working in a call centre environment.

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday, no shifts required)

skills and experience required

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Telesales, telemarketing or Contact Centre background
  • Strong follow up skills and highly independent individual
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM System is a plus
  • Stay-At-Home-Moms with desire to return back to the workforce may apply
