    In this position, the incumbent will be tasked to manage a team of 10 Contact Centre Executive and lead/coach and motivate all individuals in the team to achieve their sales and non-sales targets. You will be expected to effectively handle customer feedback as the first point of contact and aim to resolve situations with high customer satisfaction and ensure that all feedback relating to products and services is escalated to relevant parties.

    ** Monday to Friday - no weekend, shift or PH required
    ** Basic salary + incentive + variable bonus + medical benefit
    ** Centrally located

    skills and experience required

    • 6+ years of experience in Call Centre/Contact Centre/Customer Service environment
    • At least 3+ years of management experience managing a team
    • Knowledge on General Insurance is highly preferred
    • Highly analytical and ability to make decision under pressure
    • Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
