about the team

The Trade Solutions Delivery team provides middle office & sales support to the Global Trade & Loan Products Division. Key activities include middle office support for the Export Finance and Portfolio Management (risk distribution); handling end-to-end client implementation for Supply Chain Finance product and client facing front-end system deployment for all Trade Finance products and handling certain transactional control and sales support activities related to traditional trade flows for Corporate and Financial Institution clients.

about the role

  • Provide support to Trade Distribution activities which includes document preparation, deal booking, and maintenance of the relevant databases
  • Assists with execution of Master Risk Participation Agreements and signature verification
  • Works closely with Credit and Trade Operations on the ongoing management, tracking, and administration of distributed deals.
  • Manages execution and administration of trade related assets purchased in the secondary market, as well as ensure purchased deals are correctly reflected in the respective credit and trade systems
  • Works closely with the Distribution sales team in preparing reports, PowerPoint presentations, and providing excel spreadsheet calculations.
  • Provides administrative support for ECA, multi-lateral agency, and insurance supported transactions

skills and experience required

  • Minimum Degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in Middle or Back Office functions within the Banking industry
  • Trade Finance knowledge is an added advantage
  • Strong interest to learn Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance products
  • Good communications skills
  • Meticulous and analytical
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
