    Our client, Singapore headquartered engineering MNC, is looking for a Contracts Manager to assist the team in managing complex contracting disputes.

    about the job

    As the Contracts Manager, you will be working closely with the project teams, and helping in developing and presenting project proposals, discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts. Besides, it is also essential to handle the contractual correspondence in projects and managing construction schedules and budgets. You need to assist on solving or providing legal advice to complex disputes matters relating to engineering. You may also need to deal with any unexpected costs and the resolution of contractual claims. as well as liaising with clients, site and project managers or other third parties to ensure goals and responsibilities are met. You are also required to handle the closure of contracts and final accounts, and assist in the preparation of high quality recommendation reports.

    skills and experience required Reporting to the Head of Business, you are expected to possess at least a Degree, preferably in Law and Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in contract administration, preferably from engineering or mechanical background. You also have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
