Reporting to the TA Lead based in Singapore and supported by an Executive, this role will work closely with external agencies and internal business stakeholders. In addition, you will be:

• Responsible for all service and employment contracts with external recruitment agencies
• Develop and implement effective partnership and strategies in line with company's objectives and market best practices
• Manage all end-to-end employment agreements with external agencies; constant monitoring, reviewing of KPI and implementing necessary process improvement to existing partnerships
• Participate in the negotiation with existing or new partners
• Ensure and maintain accuracy of records and invoices
• Partner effectively with internal stakeholders including the hiring managers, centre of excellences, finance, procurement and legal to ensure smooth executions of contracts

skills and experience required

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ of agency contract management experience, with recruitment background
• Strong communication skills and relationship management
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and practices of Singapore
• Independent and self-motivated
• Collaborative and a team player
