    about the job
    My client is currently in search of a Corporate Administrator to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. You will be required to support the business in performing day to day administrative tasks including the facilitation of office maintenance works, collation of scheduled reports from regional offices, execution of travel coordination and maintenance of an accurate and organized record of documentation within the company’s operative system. You will also be assisting in the requisition of office supplies, upkeep of office premises and act as the point of contact for employee engagement and CSR initiatives.

    about the manager/team
    You will be working in a lean team to support the business operational requirements in a collaborative and closely knitted work environment. This role reports directly to the Corporate Lead.

    skills and experience required
    The ideal candidates should be tertiary educated and possess prior experience in an administrative function preferably within the supply chain/logistic sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be essential as the role would require meticulous attention to detail in the maintenance of information within the company’s operative system. To excel in this role, you will need to be able to multitask under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with your stakeholders and ensure quality service delivered.
