Working closely with the senior RMs to provide support on new transactions, providing support on cash flow analysis, modeling, valuations, credit applications, pitch books etc.
Monitoring of commercial real estate/ hotel development market trends in Asia, including doing market research.
Assist to prepare monthly performance reports for head office reporting.
Provide support on the due diligence process, doing KYC checks and etc.
Participate in any business meetings or discussions when necessary.

Part of a stable team, this role reports in to the Head of Department and offers an excellent work exposure to the real estate financing field.

skills & experience required

Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Economics or comparable
Has 1+ years of exposure related to general corporate banking
A background or interest in real estate or the hotel industries
Strong writing and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office, such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Good communication skills
