Our client is a reputable healthcare company that has a strong presence globally and they are currently looking for a Corporate Development M&A Senior Manager to join them.
About the job
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development you will be leading a team to drive business development, M&A strategic initiatives and investment activities for the business. We are looking for someone who will be able to do the end to end process of bringing in new deals, completing due diligence, constructing financial models to evaluate the deals and fronting negotiations for both commercial and legal terms. Therefore the ideal candidate is one who is technically strong, resourceful and able to project manage efficiently.
Skills and experience required
A recognised degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in business development/M&A.
