about the job
In this role you will need to join in the bank’s meetings which will be on average 8 times a month, to take minutes. You will also provide secretarial support to various functional committees within the branch. This includes organizing of internal and external (off-site) meetings and conferences, as well as facilitating smooth communications between EVP and other business leaders, managers and employees to convey meeting objectives and collate required materials from various stakeholders in a timely manner before the meeting. You will also create presentations and other communications for both internal and external audience on behalf of the manager such as meeting agendas

This role sits within the general affairs department and reports to the Head of HR.
skills & requirements for the job
You should be tertiary educated with minimum 3 years of corporate office environment, with experience in minutes taking. This role is well-suited for somebody who is able to maintain confidentiality and possess sense of urgency, and you must be highly organized, detail-oriented and responsible.
