about the role
This person will mainly provide essential assistance to the Senior Manager for Institutional Business in the growth and management of local business accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain positive connections and long term relationships with crucial accounts and stakeholders through regular visits and liaising.
- Prospecting new clients and follow up on business opportunities from current accounts.
- Oversee sales processes, which includes presentations, quotations, tender submissions, project coordination, and other required duties.
- Collaborate closely with other teams, including procurement, logistics, and customer service, ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Swiftly attend to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
skills and experience required
- Minimally 1 year experience in business development and account management
- Minimal diploma in any field.
- Demonstrated history of successfully selling pertinent products and services to institutional clients.
- Proven capacity to work autonomously, showcasing strong initiative and drive.
- Confident in sales presentation and outgoing nature.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset.
- Driven and able to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
