Our Client is a established offshore legal firm who has strong operations across eight offices. The Singapore office is seeking a driven individual to join as a corporate secretarial assistant.

about the job

Reporting into the Office Manager, you would be taking on full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for clients and these include preparing and drafting of standard corporate secretarial forms and documents, collating of data and information from shareholders, maintaining of statutory records and registers, filing of corporate documents, organising major meetings such as AGMs, EGMs, quarterly meetings.

You will enjoy working in small team and be exposed to partnering lawyers and clients across the region in APAC.

skills & experience required

You would be diploma qualified from a recognised institution and come with at least 1 year of corporate secretarial experiences in legal firm or corporate secretarial firms. In return, this role offers up to S$3000 monthly base salary with variable bonuses and benefits.
