Job scope entails managing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, registration of foreign branches, preparation of resolutions, etc. Assisting in risk assessment and conducting necessary due diligence for new and existing clients as well as liaising with legal counsels and other parties including accountants, auditors and external third parties to ensure smooth transition. Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
Part of the duties also included preparing and overseeing production of client invoices in line with agreed fee quotes and monitoring payment process. Conducting periodic reviews of KYC and CDD information of existing relationships including but not limited to higher risk relationships to ensure their profile remains updated. Assist on corporate governance review and ensure statutory filings in accordance with the applicable deadlines. Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required.
skills and experience required
At least 5 years of experience working as a corporate secretarial executive, preferably a member of ICSA or working towards the qualification, strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately as well as the ability to follow up on pending items in a timely fashion
