My client is a Professional Services firm with a strong presence regionally and is looking for an experienced Corporate Secretary Manager to grow with the business.


about the job
As Corporate Secretary Manager, you will be providing substantial and extensive client services.

You will be in charge of maintaining statutory books for clients, preparing and releasing announcements to SGX. You will be coordinating board meetings, minutes, signatures and resolution on behalf of clients. You will be managing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial processes and taking charge of the client account. You will be taking ownership in client accounts to ensure continuous client engagement.

As such, you will have to work closely with the marketing team in business development and be proactive in marketing events. You should be taking initiative in process improvements as well.

As a manager, you will be taking charge of mentoring and leading a team. You will be in charge of the team’s forecast and budgets alongside the management team.

skills and experience required
You should come with at least 7 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary and at least 3 years in a managerial position, managing a team. You must be ICSA qualified; having a diploma/ degree in Law is preferred but not necessary. However, you should be well-versed in Companies Act, Catalist rules and Listing Manual.

An ideal candidate should be one who is proactive, possesses strong analytical and problem solving skills. Having good interpersonal skills is a must in order to work closely with the management team, engage in clients and work well with your team members. Due to the pace of work, you should have good time management skills, be highly organized and able to multitask.
