    about the company
    The company is an investment firm with a strong presence in the Asian region, and globally headquartered in Taiwan. This role acts as the right-hand person of the COO, who is in charge of all non-revenue generating business units in the company.

    about the job
    You will assist the Company Secretary in drafting of corporate documents, attendance of meetings, and
    processing of filings with regulators. In addition, you will assist the Company Secretary with compliance with internal policies as well as with provisions in Singapore Corporate Regulations, Statutory Reporting / Filing and corporate governance requirements. You will also manage team access and accounts on ACRA/MAS platforms. For the admin function, you will manage the administrative and facilities matters of the Singapore office with about 150 headcount. This will include vendor management, procurement of office assets and supplies, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for admin purposes, as well as project coordination. In addition, you will liaise with the main Company Secretary in HQ in Taiwan for corporate secretarial coordination matters. You will also need to take minutes of meetings.

    skills and experience required
    You should be tertiary-education with 7 years of corporate office administration experience. Experience in taking minutes and coordinating materials for board meetings is a must. This role is well-suited for somebody with a positive and "can-do" attitude. Candidates with ISCA or CPA qualifications will be advantageous.
