about the company
My client is seeking a Corporate Secretary to join the organization.


about the job
As the Corporate Secretary, you will be in charge of providing advice on corporate governance matters and handling all corporate secretarial matters for the Group portfolio. You will be the central Corporate Secretarial for the company, working closely with external vendors across various countries, with the focus on Asia. You will take charge of ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will be responsible for filing of regulations, ACRA filing and liaising with relevant stakeholders.


skills and experience required
You should be a qualified Chartered Secretary (ISCA) and come with a in-depth knowledge of corporate government legislation. You should be familiar with Companies Act and Lisiting Manual. Having exposure with handling regional portfolio would be an advantage. You should come with at least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience. You must be able to manage the team and provide advice to the team accordingly.

You must possess good communication skills, verbally and written. You should be an individual who is highly organized, meticulous, proactive and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude. You should be a highly independent individual who is able to work with minimal supervision.
