With a strong track record and in-depth industry knowledge behind them to support their growth in this region, there is now a need for Corporate Strategy Manager to be part of their Group Strategy team to drive business strategies and execute the expansion plans.
about the job
Reporting to the Group Strategy Director, you will be responsible for driving their corporate strategies to achieve their growth targets, assessing investment decisions and driving activities to support the organization's operations and expansion plans. You will keep abreast of the changing business landscape and impact of the external economy with particular focus in the Asia region and drive both organic and inorganic growth. You will work closely with the business operations to design appropriate KPIs and drive productivity performance. You will also be involved in evaluating potential investment, M&A and strategic alliances. You will be interacting closely with multiple business stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 8 years of in-house corporate strategy and development exposure with some prior experience in finance business partnering. You possess strong project management and financial modeling skills; alongside excellent business acumen, communication and influencing skills to confidently liaise with the senior management and business partners. You are a self-start who is able to thrive in ambiguity and within fast changing start up environment. You are comfortable with moderate travelling requirements.
