about the job
You will be the sales and customer relations manager and you responsibility includes handling all tour bookings, reservations, customisations and amendments, plus preparing sales quotations, tour proposals and itineraries for customers, as well as generating leads, reach out to potential clients, pitch and close sales. In addition, you will develop and establish new sales channels, agent relationships and partnerships. You will also assist in operational procedures i.e. customisation of tours, tour logistics and on the ground management.

In this role you will work independently and report directly to the Managing Director of the organisation.
skills and requirements for the job
You should be tertiary-educated with minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or client account management role. Background of working in the travel/tourism or educational industry is a plus. This role is well-suited for somebody who is independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision. You should also possess strong copywriting and organisational skills.
