    Our client is an MNC with more than 30 offices in over 15 countries. They are a global player in the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) industry with over 50 years of history.

    about the job

    • Attend to all relevant contract administration and documentation for projects and be responsible for preparation of sub-contractors' claims and issuance of payment.
    • Work on for monthly progress claim and advise on the Extension of Time claims.
    • Involved in cost analysis and contract administration activities for the projects (Assist in tenders including quantity taking off and pricing)
    • Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing
    • Verify and certify claims or variations submitted by Contractors and prepare final accounts

    skills and experience required

    • Minimum Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying and above
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience (Quantity Surveying / Contracts Management)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience in Quantity Surveying is not necessary but would be preferred.
