about the job
This is an individual contributor role where you will work very closely with the Ops Director based in Singapore. You will understand the business well by collaborating with management team and conduct visits to warehouses. With that knowledge, coupled with your financial background, you will look at the P&L statements and do analysis to drive financial results. You will then give commentary and do management reporting such as recommend cost-saving measures to drive profitability of the business.
skills and experience required
You should ideally be Degree qualified in Finance or Accounting and possess at least 5 years of experience. You have to be able to work independently, under minimal supervision from your supervisor. You need to be able to communicate effectively and be confident in collaborating with management staff. SAP knowledge and prior experience in a manufacturing industry is compulsory for this role. You should also be strong in Excel skills.
