about the job

You will be responsible to lead, motivate and provide guidance to your direct sales team and distributors in order to achieve sales and profit goals in Indonesia. This including growing new business, enhancing existing customer relationships, as well as striving for customer satisfaction. You will:

  • Develops business plan and sales strategy for Indonesia to support sustainable growth objectives
  • Effectively supervise direct sales team and support dealers to deliver sales target, profit margin, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain influential relationship and updated account plans with key accounts/prospect and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Continuously analyse market requirements and trends, and provide timely feedback to senior management regarding market development and dealer performance
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
  • Manage effective sales forecast and sales funnel management in both diret sales and distributor teams


skills and experience required

  • 5 years+ experience in Indonesia's Healthcare / Diagnostics market
  • Proven experience in managing direct sales teams or distributors
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage key sales accounts / big clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong language proficiency in English to liaise with business associates who only speak English
  • Ability to perform independently under minimal supervision
