about the job
As the Country Manager, Philippines of the organization, you are effectively required to:
Steer the strategic direction of the portfolio in the designated area. Responsible for driving business growth and increasing profitability, while adhering to the company's standard operating procedures and policies.
Oversee the management of the local internal sales and marketing team, as well as liaising with dealers and distributors to drive sales with existing customers and explore new customer opportunities.
Responsible for guiding and motivating the team towards achieving sales objectives and targets.
Collaborate closely with local dealer partners to assess sales promotions, develop accurate sales forecasts, and resolve market-specific issues.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be working closely with regional commercial teams, marketing teams and distributor partners.
Skills & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you possess at least 5 years of sales experience within the medical device business. Candidates with dental industry experience are preferred.
