about the job

Due to continued success, the company is expecting one Country Sales Representative to further expand the market share in Vietnam. You will report directly to your South-east Asia regional commercial leader, and be fully responsible for the success of Vietnam business. You will drive country-wide commercial strategies and activities, and proactively engage external stakeholders (including business partners, regulatory bodies, and Key Opinion Leaders, etc.) as a company ambassador. You will:

  • Develop, execute, and achieve sales and marketing plans
  • Manage, train, and support distributors in Vietnam to drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer experience and outstanding brand image
  • Identify customers / stakeholders critical to account and establish relationship to ensure success
  • Follow through the full sales process, providing relevant documentation including quotations, contracts, government tenders and proposals, etc.
  • Coordinate among various departments (including Supply Chain, Application, and Field Service, etc.) to ensure satisfactory customer experience
  • Continuously analyse market information and develop competition strategies
  • Maintaining influential relationships with key accounts and KOLs


skills and experience required

  • Degree or above in life sciene, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, or laboratory medical science
  • 5 years+ of experience in Life Science / In-vitro Diagnostics market within Vietnam
  • Proven experience in managing direct sales teams or distributors
  • Ability to manage key sales accounts / big clients
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong languag proficiency in Vietnamese to liaise with business associates and customers who only speak Vietnamese
  • Strong language proficiency in English to liaise with business associates who only speak English
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision
  • Willingness to take business trips
