They have ambitious plans to grow further and The job:Your primary role is to support our Media Buying lead in bringing his ideas to life from producing to video editing. These videos are primarily sales-conversion advertisements for the firm. You will work closely with the Media Buying Lead’s right-hand man in end-to-end production of his ideas- from storyboarding, scripting, finding talents (Tiktokers, Youtubers), to supervising the editing of the final video with sales-performance-related techniques which the Media Buying Lead and Creative Lead will guide you on in the beginning.Project ManagementAs Creative Projects Manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing video production projects for media buying, primarily, and other departments as deemed necessary, from the initial ideation through to completion. You are to coordinate people and processes to deliver these projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.ProducingThe firm's main clips acquisition strategy is through Tiktokers, Youtubers, Instagrammers, Fiverr artists (voice actors and animators). The videos you’ll produce for our sales-conversion advertisements range from UGCs (user-generated content), stock footage plus voiceovers, to whiteboard animations collaborations with artists. They have an in-house 3D artist who is able to supply you with clips of products.Determine who and what is needed based on the scriptCreate a clear brief to guide all the relevant parties throughout the duration of a project to keep everyone on track and move the project forwardSearch for and negotiate contracts with relevant talents and service providers i.e., Fiverr artistsCoordinate with our Influencer relations team in liaising with the appropriate influencers for each video project, if applicable.Ensure the clips we get meet the project objectivesIf you have terrific resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, you’ll love the challenge of this role because every video idea is different and wacky.ResponsibilitiesSupport our Media Buying lead in producing and editing his scriptsCommunicate and negotiate with relevant parties needed to complete your projects (Fiverr artists, Tiktokers, Youtubers)StoryboardingSupervise the editing of the advertisements for various online platformsMay require you to script out our concepts after you are well versed with our video performance marketing techniquesRequired Skills & ExperienceFamiliar with at least 1 professional video editing software (E.g Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)Familiar with Adobe After EffectsProficient in sound and music designProficient in typography motion graphicVideo editing and storyboarding skillsProficient in Sales performance video script writing and copywritingBasic understanding of visual and graphic designBasic knowledge of but with strong interest in marketingYou must have strong visual and video editing conveyance skills as you will serve as the communicative link between the Media Buying Lead and the creative team.You must also possess a strong learning mindset in order to quickly pick up sales-performance-related techniques from our Media Buying Lead.Experience3-4 years of experience in a producer role (of any medium, preferably video)1-year experience in video editingExperience in sales-conversion adsExperience in creating video content for various platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, and Instagram.EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Film, or any related fieldGraduate from a reputable university, with distinction is preferredNice-to-havesSuccessful sales conversion in D2C videosHave work experience for D2C brandProficient in motion graphicRemote working experienceSelf-starter.
