They are known for their strong branding among their customers, strong corporate culture for their employees. Currently, they are looking for a Credit and Collections Manager to join the team.


about the job

In your role, you will be responsible for managing the credit management and collection activities through the collaboration and support of the stakeholders in ensuring the deployment of the business protocols and accounts receivable controls across the assigned company. You will manage BPO to ensure collection,customer master maintenance accounting bookings and records are accurately and timely maintained. You will understand the business dynamics in the countries and enforce company credit policy accordingly. You will ensure that the AR past due and DSO are managed within company targets. You will perform judgemental journal entries and maintain judgemental balance sheet schedule. You will review and ensure AR balances are correctly held and adequate reconciliations are prepared with appropriate documentation. You will monitor and ensure financial compliance, including adherence to local finance policies, US GAAP and local GAAP.

skills and experience required

You should ideally possess a degree qualification from a reputable university with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. You should have at least 3 years of managerial experience in collections and credit management. Hands-on experience in credit management and shared services operational environment is an added advantage. You are able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
