about the role:
- Overseeing the SEA region.
- Work closely with the SEA marketing team to roll out omni-channel marketing initiatives, focusing on Media and CRM.
- Plan and influence the media strategy for the SEA region to enhance the brand’s digital footprint across online and offline channels.
- Customize global marketing briefs for each market and identify new opportunities to enhance visibility and desirability through localized media plans.
- Strategize and execute the best media buys, tailored to each country across the region.
- Analyze the outcomes of media campaigns and provide actionable recommendations for future enhancements.
- Work with digital agencies to refine the SEA regional media plan across various stages of the customer journey, sharing cross-market insights and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and execution of CRM strategies aimed at expanding the customer base and amplifying brand impact across SEA.
- Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams across the SEA region, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and effectively integrating local feedback.
- Communicate global guidelines clearly and adapt them to local contexts to strengthen relationships and brand consistency.
- Standardize and define key customer metrics across SEA markets to ensure uniformity.
- Analyze consumer behavior across different markets and brands, offering tailored solutions for each regional market.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to understand new consumer trends and enhance local loyalty programs.
skills and experience required:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in media buy strategies, regardless in an agency or in-house.
- Proven experience in crafting and executing successful digital marketing campaigns and media strategies for retail brands.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Prior CRM experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences across the region.
