about the role:
- Analyze CRM data to uncover insights that inform strategic decision-making and recommend action plans for improvement.
- Oversee reports and dashboards tracking customer acquisition, retention, and overall business performance.
- Analyze loyalty program performance, providing actionable recommendations to strengthen customer retention and engagement.
- Support the rollout of new loyalty programs and drive initiatives that exceed customer acquisition targets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior, pipeline models, and brand health research. Utilize these insights to develop recommendations that address business challenges and drive growth.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams to gather qualitative feedback and translate these into actionable customer insights
- Manage customer communication segments.
- Ensure database integrity and coordinate with store teams for personalized customer outreach, including anniversaries, birthdays, and store events.
- Provide administrative support to stores for loyalty program management, and lead projects to enhance CRM processes, such as a revamp of name capture systems.
- Track and report on the performance of CRM promotions, identifying opportunities to optimize future campaigns and improve customer satisfaction.
skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in CRM within the fashion or FMCG industry.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort with data analysis and reporting.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and maintain positive relationships.
- A team player with a mature, pleasant personality and a high level of flexibility.
