Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new CRM Manager/ CRM Project Manager (Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics)
to be based here in their Regional Headquarters here in Singapore.
About the job
Lead end to end CRM project implementation/enhancement which includes requirements gathering, milestone planning, configuration and testing
Translating business issues / requirements into information systems and information management solutions. Partnering with the sales & marketing and product team to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions.
Handling continuous improvement of the CRM platform, identifying opportunity for sales / business process flow
Aligning with global HQ directions and collaborate with team across asia
Managing external vendors, ensuring SLA has been adhered to
Designing training materials and conducting CRM training across Asia
Staying updated and evaluating / translating latest salesforce new releases into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity for the business
Skills And Experience Required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in CRM (Salesforce , Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM). You should have implemented at least 1 end to end CRM implementation across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in engaging business stakeholders.
Candidates with proven track record of aligning roadmap/strategy with global Europe/US HQ will be highly preferred.
