Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new IT Salesforce Specialist / CRM Salesforce Administrator to be based here in their Regional Headquarters here in Singapore.

About the job

• Supporting Salesforce administration / configurations for users which includes reports generation, and dashboards generation
• Translating business issues / requirements into information systems and information management solutions. Partnering with the sales & marketing and product team to communicate capability roadmaps and delivery strategy for business technology and solutions.
• Handling continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, identifying opportunity for sales / business process flow
• Lead end to end salesforce project implementation/enhancement which includes requirements gathering, milestone planning, configuration and testing
• Aligning with global HQ directions and collaborate with team across asia
• Designing training materials and conducting salesforce training across Asia
• Staying updated and evaluating / translating latest salesforce new releases into viable IT Digital implementation to increase productivity for the business

Skills And Experience Required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in salesforce administration. You should have implemented at least 2 end to end salesforce implementation across Asia. You should have at least 5 years of experience in engaging business stakeholders. Candidates with proven track record of aligning roadmap/strategy with global Europe/US HQ will be highly preferred. Proven track record in leading training across asia will be of added advantage. Exposure to salesforce lighting will be highly preferred

Candidates with Salesforce administration professional certification will be of added advantage.
