Your job responsibilities involve:
- Driving the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Omni Retail technologies, including POS systems, digital tools, in-store inventory management, booking platforms, and payment solutions.
- Managing projects, sub-projects, or change requests, maintaining project status and related documentation, coordinating project activities, planning timelines, scheduling meetings, coordinating resources, and tracking performance.
- Performing analysis and design, coordinating meetings and interactions with business users to define and structure requirements, participating in the analysis, definition, and documentation of requirements, and leading the creation and documentation of detailed solution designs in line with the existing technical environment.
- Conducting regular assessments of in-store technologies to identify areas for improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance and reliability of in-store systems, ensuring high availability and quick issue resolution.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in retail technology, recommending innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Skills and experience required
As a successful candidate, you should have at least 4 years of working experience in a Systems Analyst role, with good hands-on experience managing POS / CRM / BI or retail systems.
You should also have a good understanding and working experience with Microsoft SQL Server so as to have a good understanding on the integration of applications with database / data management.
