About the job
Work closely with teams from different departments to comprehend business needs and devise technical solutions.
Evaluate and communicate the business impact of existing or proposed technical solutions.
Take charge of the development, implementation, testing, debugging, and change control processes for MarTech and Saas CRM tools/platforms.
Actively participate in designing and developing customized solutions within MarTech and CRM Saas platforms, utilizing declarative development, scripting, data modeling, and integration techniques.
Ensure code quality and conduct unit testing.
Use web services, when applicable, to integrate with third-party applications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure that delivered solutions meet technical and functional/non-functional requirements.
Provide technical support and expertise in governance for architectures, deployment, and operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and accurately to enhance platform performance and functionality. Inform relevant stakeholders or escalate issues as necessary.
Review and optimize the performance of owned MarTech tools/platforms, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security.
Lead the support, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of MarTech tools/platforms.
Continuously research current and emerging technologies and suggest necessary changes.
Develop technical, integration, and workflow documentation for tools/platforms, including solution design, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. Ensure these documents are regularly updated.
Collaborate with other technical developers and administrators to create standardized documentation, processes, and procedures.
Skills And Experience Required
As a successful applicant, you will have at least 5 years of experience in CRM development.
Candidates with proven track record in CRM Saas / Zendesk, salesforce, Zoho will be highly preferred.
