about the job

• Lead development, implementation, testing, debugging and change control for Saas CRM tools/platforms.
• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions build within CRM Saas tools/platforms. This includes but not limited to declarative development, scripting, data modelling, and integration.
• Create tools/platforms’ technical, integration and workflow documentations. This includes but not limited to solution design, architecture diagrams and technical specifications. Maintain and ensure
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and accurate manner to improve platform performance and functionality. This includes escalation or informing relevant stakeholders on the issue(s).
• Review and optimize the performance of owned tools/platforms as needed. Ensure its scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with other technical developers and administrators to develop standard documentation, processes, and procedures.
• Provide support and technical governance expertise related to architectures, deployment, and operations.

skills and experience required

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in CRM/SaaS solution development
• Experience working on CRM Saas solution(s) implementation.
• Working knowledge of SDLC processes.
• Experience with environment management, data management, release management, source control, code coverage, and CI/CD deployment methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with external and internal stakeholder infrastructure team, developers, designers, and product owners.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , PHP
• Knowledge of API security, SSO and architecture framework and design principles.
• Knowledge of middleware integrations
• An understanding of tools/platforms which includes but not limited to :Salesforce, Microsoft, Zoho, Zendesk etc.
• Knowledge in Tag management systems – e.g., Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager etc.
