skills and experience required
- Able to work under pressure and handle challenging situations or objections while dealing with complainants
- 1+ year experience in call centre, telemarketing, customer service role in Insurance or Financial services sector
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Words
- Excellent customer services and problem-solving skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills to interpret customer's needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanour
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-moving and challenging environment
