about the job

You will be instrumental in coordinating the delivery of enterprise-level product support and service activities. You will liaise between customers and technical support, product development, sales and field service to identify opportunities to improve sales-delivery workflow, reduce cost, and add value to the customer/client.

  • Attend to order / shipments enquiries from enterprise clients
  • Provide inventory and price data on request of field sales and service teams
  • Monitor and expedite all backorders/alerts to ensure the soonest fulfilment
  • Continual communication with Sales / Engineers with regard to order/shipment status
  • Coordinate and manage the return of field inventory to the territory service distribution center
  • Purchase materials from internal or external vendor to support Asia Service business



skills and experience required

  • Degree in any discipline is required
  • Prior working or internship experience in a service operation role is required
  • Knowledge of supply chain process and inventory management will be a plus
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint); SAP and other ERP software skills will be an added advantage
