about the company

Our client is a multi-national consumer goods corporation. Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, the CS assistant manager will play a crucial role in the customer service continued development and sucess in Singapore.

about the job

  • Run the Order to Deliver process
  • Ensure accurate invoicing
  • Participates within Customer Fronting Team (CFT) to develop proposals and RFP response
  • Ensure Open orders reconciled with customers on monthly basis
  • Prepare customer incentive and ensure payment
  • Customer code creation
  • Submission of price request proposal ( PRP) to finance team
  • Report customer case fill on order vs supply
  • Ensure Customer Orders are received as per agreed lead-times
  • Prioritize requirements in order to meet the demand on time in full
  • Proactively monitor actual shipments against the orders with the Operations team

skills & experience required

  • Bachelors / Diploma qualification
  • Min 5 years of experience in order fulfilment & cash to order management
  • Experience in retail & FMCG industries will be a plus
  • Knowledge of International logistics and export/ import documentations
  • Knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and shipping
  • Super user of SAP – Logistics, Sales & Distribution module
  • Global order management process knowledge
  • Hands on with driving new projects / new products introduction
