about the job

As Customer Experience Director, you will be responsible to oversee and implement the strategy across all South East Asian markets.

You are an expert in data driven Customer Segmentation and have implemented or played a key role in implementing a CX centric cultural change in an organisation.
In this role, you will work closely with the country CX leads and localise the CX strategy based on the existing business models and customer profile in those markets.

To succeed in this role, you will be a passionate Customer Experience evangelist, have experience in Design Thinking facilitation, customer segmentation and Brand Health measurement.
