This is a company whose expertise has made them the leader in the field of premium spirits. This well-recognized brand offers a great working environment and is hiring a Customer Operations Assistant (Training provided) to support the team.

about the job


As a Customer Operations Assistant (Training provided) your key tasks involve:

  • Processing of customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Main point of contact for all customers, handling a portfolio of customers
  • Liaise closely with all internal and external customers, escalating issues to respective team managers when required
  • Demonstrating sound knowledge and understanding of export documentation, generating all required documents accurately and to agreed timelines – including letters of credit, bills of exchange, certificates and brand registrations
  • Interpreting demand from forecasts and orders, analyzing trends in the market place
  • Work closely with planning department to generate required re-supply
  • Manage all order statuses and delay reasons for weekly operations review
  • Assisting in generating monthly reports / KPI charts
  • Working closely with 3PL in ensuring all pallets are optimized and evaluate 3PL reports to minimize discrepancies with SAP

skills & experience required

To be successful in this position, you must have the ability to demonstrate or possess:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain, Business with logistic modules
  • Min 2 years of experiences in FMCG in customer service department
  • Good knowledge and exposure in SAP & Order to cash processes
