Our client is an established international bank and they have a dynamic and family-oriented culture. Currently, they are seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide prompt service support to banking customers by delivering quality banking service through inbound and outbound calling activities.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experience via multiple platforms like phone, email, web chat and social media.
  • Take ownership by following-up and providing timely updates to customers
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, strong knowledge on products and services, and optimizes every opportunity to exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance or regulatory standards and policies.

skills and experience required

  • Degree or diploma holders, preferably with relevant experience in a financial institution.
  • Knowledgeable in banking products, processes and systems and experienced in solving customer’s issues.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Disciplined and able to multi-task independently under pressure.
  • Service-oriented with strong interest in developing a customer-focused career.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts (only whenever required).
