    As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for sharing and promoting company service where possible to clients, you will be assisting on the administrative duties using the CRM system, updating of client details, orders, and maintaining an excellent relationship with key accounts and clients. You will also be responsible for preparing costing, quotations, handing of customer’s general enquiries. Assist to perform site/job survey; plan, prepare and practice prior to actual work. Report and file any incident in Salesforce in a timely manner. Other Ad-hoc duties as per assigned

    skills & requirements for the job

    Applicants need to be minimally diploma graduates in Art faculty, or have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the Art industry. You need to have the intermediate knowledge on proper art handling, un/packing, un/crating, packing materials, and installation/deinstallation of basic artworks (NO Physical Handling), Intermediate knowledge of crating types & methods and types of carton boxes (NO Physical Handling). This role is well suited for somebody with a professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Information Technology, managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases; proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint) is a must.
