about the job
As Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to be driven by the ultimate objective of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. Your job responsibilities would include, attending to customer enquiries through incoming calls, handling customer escalations with tact, building sustainable relationships to enhance customer retention and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. On an occasional basis, you will be required to be situated in the customer service centre to provide assistance to walk in customers. Hence, you should be comfortable with customer engagements on both online and offline platforms.

You will report to the Customer Service Managerand there is a big team of customer service/call centre executives working alongside you.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary-educated with minimum 1 years of experience working in a call centre. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English, so as to build sustainable relationships with your customers. This role is well-suited for individuals who are enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment. You should also be self-motivated, able to work unsupervised, and possess a positive attitude. Prior experience in the financial services industries would be advantageous.
