In this role you will answer customer queries by phone with focus on first contact resolution. This job is 90% handling phone calls in a contact centre environment. You will bvery occasionally take turns to handle walk-in customers to the service centre and hence 10% is face to face customer service interaction.

You will report to the Customer Service Managerand there is a big team of customer service/call centre executives working alongside you.
skills & requirement for the job
You must be tertiary-educated with minimum 1 year experience in a call centre or relevant customer service experience in other industries. This role is well-suited for somebody who is enthusiastic, resilient, adaptable and keen to work in a fast-paced team environment. You should also be self-motivated and be able to work unsupervised, and come with a fun outlook, positive attitude and can-do mindset.
